118/365: The Walk that Almost Wasn't

untitled.jpg

Rounding up 2 kiddos, getting them into their shoes and coats, and then gathering up everything Mama needs is kind of an ordeal. (I know- those with more than 2 are thinking "she has no clue what tough is!") We had just stepped out the door and were pulling the stroller out of the van when the rain started up again. Drat. Those kiddos needed some time out of the house! After 10 minutes or so talking to the horses in the barn the rain had stopped and we took off on our walk. Our used-to-the-Californian-heat bodies could only handle about 5 minutes before we had to head on in. What happened to spring, Oregon???

Girl, I still remember thinking 1 was hard ;) Love the leading lines. That is one of my "things to work on" this year. Haven't gotten to it yet...

Apparently spring begins in July now for the NW. My garden is not too happy about it.

Love the colors in the trees!

I really love the dof on this one, and you can tell that he is up to something with that little smile.
Thank you for stopping by my blog, it meant a lot to me, especially in this difficult time.

I love the DOF, and the edit, and even the dandilions on the grass. So pretty!
